Steam Eye Mask
A steam eye mask for every evening of the week
The Nyla Rest Steam Eye Mask is a self-heating cotton eye mask worn over closed eyes. Unlike an electric heated eye mask, it warms itself on air contact, so no plug or microwave is needed. Each pack contains seven single-use masks.
What forty minutes of warmth does for tired eyes
Warm cotton over closed eyes for up to forty minutes is a small ritual with a clear physical effect. Each of the benefits below is anchored to the warmth, the steam, and the still 40-minute pause.
Relieves digital eye strain
After long hours at a screen, the gentle warmth over closed eyes helps relax the eye muscles and eases the tired, stinging feeling that comes with prolonged focus.
Soothes tired, aching eyes
Sustained warmth around 40°C helps release the low-grade tension held in the small muscles around the eyes throughout the day, easing that heavy, worn feeling.
Eases dry eye discomfort
The steam released as the mask warms adds gentle moisture around the eye area, helping soothe the gritty, dry sensation caused by air conditioning, screens or long flights.
Reduces tension headaches
Warmth spreads through the delicate skin around the eyes and forehead, helping release the built-up tension behind eye strain and light tension headaches.
Promotes deeper sleep
Warm cotton over closed eyes at bedtime is a cue the nervous system reads as wind-down, helping the body transition from wakefulness to sleep more smoothly.
Reduces morning eye puffiness
The warmth encourages circulation around the eye area. Regular use as part of an evening routine helps reduce the puffy, heavy-lidded look that shows in the morning.

A self-heating steam eye mask, made from cotton
Each mask is made from premium cotton and sealed in an individual pouch. Once the pouch is opened, the mask begins to warm on its own. There is no microwave, no water, and no cable.
The mask is fitted with two ear loops and worn over closed eyes. It is single use and discarded after wear.

The 9-to-5 finish
A heated eye mask goes on after the laptop closes. Cotton warmth over closed eyes, forty minutes of quiet. A separator between the working day and the rest of the evening.

The window seat
A single-use mask fits in a coat pocket. It needs no power source, no plug, and does not count as a liquid at airport security. The seven-pack is designed to survive a suitcase.

The winter wind-down
Cotton warmth on the coldest part of the face. A warm eye mask sits over closed eyes for up to forty minutes, warm from the first minute.

The self-care hour
Paired with a book, a bath, or a silk sleep mask. A self-heating eye mask, once a week, is why many people buy a seven-pack rather than a single-use box.
How to use the Nyla Rest Steam Eye Mask
Open the pouch
Peel the sealed pouch. The mask begins to warm on contact with air. Do not wait; place the mask straight after opening.
Wear over closed eyes
Loop each ear-strap over the corresponding ear. The mask sits over closed eyes, resting on the bridge of the nose. Do not open eyes while wearing.
Remove and discard
Remove after up to 40 minutes and discard. Each mask is designed for single use. Do not reuse.
