Why pink, and what the patch is actually made of
The pink colour is a pigment choice, not a functional ingredient. Rose-tone hydrogels are common in Korean skincare, where the aesthetic softness of the patch matters as much as the material properties.
Underneath the pigment, the patch is a standard hydrogel — a gel-based, water-rich material that sits flush against the skin. The contour of the patch is designed to fit the curve of the under-eye area and to stay in place through the full fifteen to twenty minutes of wear.

How to apply the Pink Under Eye Mask

It's a pigment, added to the hydrogel during formulation. There is no rose extract, no botanical additive causing the pink, and no fragrance from a floral source. The pigment is a colour choice only.

Each patch is worn for fifteen to twenty minutes. Cool contact and hydration are felt immediately on application. Cumulative benefits (firmness, tone, texture) build over consistent use, typically two to three applications per week over four to six weeks.
Refrigeration is not required for the ingredients to work. The jar can be stored at room temperature. The cool sensation of a cold patch is a preference, not a requirement. Fridge storage from purchase is the recommended approach if the cool feeling matters.
The essence is unfragranced and formulated with sensitive-skin components (Aloe Vera and Niacinamide are known for their calming role). Users with known ingredient allergies should read the full ingredient list on the jar and patch test on the inner arm before use on the face.
After the patch is removed and the remaining essence is patted into the skin, wait one to two minutes for absorption. Then apply makeup as usual. The under-eye area is a common concealer zone, so allowing the skin to fully absorb the essence is worthwhile.
